Shipping & Returns
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving product for a full refund or an a exchange.
International orders can be shipped back using your own preferred carrier. Note that we cannot refund any duties or taxes that was paid to clear customs fees.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be qualified for a return exchange, like custom products (such as special orders or limited products clearly stated in product description items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer free standard domestic shipping within the U.S.A. All purchases will be shipped using UPS or USPS Priority Mail only, any expedited shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.
International orders pays half the cost of standard shipping using USPS or UPS. Customers are responsible for all cost of import process. International shipping would be calculated upon checkout.
